Our goal is to build homes with the latest and most sophisticated technology while ensuring that the most environmentally friendly and energy-efficient construction methods are utilized.

Born in Ukraine, Roshanski worked as a civil engineer, builder, and director of public works in Russia and Asia before moving to the United States.

Before starting his firm, he began his construction career as project manager of the Westgate development, comprised of 600 townhouses in Edison, NJ. He then became a part of Continental Properties, Woodbridge.

Since 1981, Roshanski has constructed more than 5,500 homes in New Jersey. These include single-family, multi-family, multiuse, and redevelopment projects.

Roshanski’s son, Mark Roshanski, joined the family business after graduating from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He now holds the position of President and takes care of land acquisitions and development.

American Dream Properties has developed several quality residential properties, which are affordable and located in highly desirable and transit-friendly areas of Central New Jersey.

The firm is committed to providing affordable housing. Roshanski seeks out the best values in buildable land so that the builder can equal or exceed the design and construction quality of many competitors while providing the buyer with competitive pricing.
